Was dealt with by Rob and Mo who provided us great service and explained each and every question that we have asked allowing us to view the vehicle and take it on a test drive ultimately ending up the purchase of a new car. Great service, great team and highly recommend! 😀

Found the perfect car for myself but there was a problem with the finance, Steve moyles to be be fair persevered and eventually secured the deal, a lot of dealers would have called it a day there and then, but I cannot thank Steve enough for his patience along with mark who must have got sick of bringing the car to the front and then back to the parking area, I would highly recommend the tonypandy branch to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, and the coffee is free

We bought a car there last week. I have taken the car for it first valet (as it wasn’t as clean I thought it would of been) only to find that when removing the mat there is a massive hole in the drivers side(footwell) that was covered when buying the car with paper , we have gone there today to show the problem the attitude and after care from the two men who were sat in the office was absolutely disgusting rob (one of the sales men) then said if the valeting team or one of us had seen this hole all we would of done is super glued the mat to the carpet they then went on to offer us mats to cover this hole instead of fixing this issue
