Friendly and knowledgeable staff, no pressure to purchase a car, was given time to think about my decision, and also the salesperson punted out a scratch that I hadn't noticed and had it resprayed/repaired before collection. I was also given vouchers for a free carvery next door to the tonypandy branch while the car was being valeted. Fab service would recommend to anyone!!

Very helpful quick did everything they said they would

The car i bought had 3,300 miles more than advertised and more than what was on the sale receipt plus had not been serviced for over 20,000 miles. Only had one key which is crap for a 4 year old car and had interior trim missing aswell as the electric set ajuster wasnt working. Phoned the day after to complain and booked the car in for the set hight adjuster to be repaired and was told that the site manager will get back to me. Waited 2 days and no one contacted me even when i explained that its wrongful advertisement for the car to have 70,000+ miles when it was on sale for 66.700+ i will be contacting trading standards about the wrongful advertisement.

Awesome customer service, good selection of cars and they helped me sort out a deal on the car i wanted. Mohammed was excellent as well as a gentleman called Pablo. If i ever had to buy another car, would definitely be from them! Minor issues with my car but they were booked in to be sorted there and then. 100% recommend

Purchased my ix35 from Pinetree a week ago, dealt with a great salesman who really couldn't do enough (don't think I'm allowed to mention names) After initially being greeted I asked if I was able to take a look around on my own, which was welcomed, I found a few cars I liked and asked the salesman if I was able to take a look further. The whole process was swift, I picked my car up at 10am the following morning and we're loving the car. Thank you all!
