Shane was the chap that delt with me, very freindly and give me good advice, the car has one or two minor points which shane has assured me that these minor points will all be sorted on day of pick up.

Excellent customer service, dealt with Craig at the Bridgend branch for the most part and he made buying a car a pleasure. I work awkward hours but he always kept me updated and was easy to reach when I had questions. I would definitely advise anyone who is looking to buy a new car to pop in, great guy, great team!

Bought a Vauxhall Astra Sri off them back in October first week heard notice from front wheels took it in after one day said it had been sorted but within 10 miles noise was back had car yet again that was last I saw of car as been waiting for part to be delivered but that was over six weeks ago every time I phone get say excuse still waiting but still no end so I would keep well away now as after sales are not there

Although I was disappointed to find the first car I chose wasn’t available on the day of pick up due to the engine management light coming on, Pinetree cars were awesome in sourcing me a newer car but with the same specifications for roughly the same deal. Well I bought a car from pinetree cars in Tonypandy in November 2018, I had a problem with the çlutch and the brakes They were fixed very efficiently. Went to get my first ever car yestday with Craig nothing was to much trouble even with system Issues he was available and no question was to much. The general manager Ian was also extremely helpful would definitely recommend.
