Great customer service in Tonypandy by Shane Nixon. Very polite, respectful of circumstances and was not pushy for the sale in the slightest. Highly recommend.

Visited both Bridgend and tonypandy stores on the same day and the service we received could not have been more different!!! Tonypandy had not marked any of their vehicles with stickers showing which were automatic (I hold an automatic licence and told this to the man) I was told I'd have to go round the site and peer through the windows inorder to identify the transmission myself (something not all that easy to do in newer cars) . We asked for a price on part exchange and was told to "look round and find something first" in rather dismissive manner . We left at this point as it was apparent no-one was interested in helping us despite there being more salesmen standing around then customers on site . We went to the Bridgend branch and the service we received from Craig was outstanding from start to finish. No surprises that I purchased my vechile from him. My previous car was from your baglan branch and again found them super helpful. I will never return to the tonypandy branch which is really disappointing as they have more stock. Perhaps you could consider getting craig to train the guys up there as he really went above and beyond for us with out any pushiness or cheese you often experience at car garages.

All 3 members of staff were great and there was a personal, friendly feel to the office. Rhyanne & Rob explained everything for me and I was able to drive away in no time. My purchase was hassle free and I will definitely be recommending them to friends.
