Worst experience ever!! They sold me the wrong hair and then tricked me into return the items with a promise of a full refund. That did not happen!!! I haven’t received anything from this horrible company. I plan to post all over social on my horrible experience

All orders were shipped out during the stated time frames, and I was notified of any delays due to limited stock. My order #1634838 had some low stock issues but was corrected and shipped out very quickly. The LuLutress Bohemian will be my go-to hair! Thanks DAE for the customer service help! Tip for consumers: Pay attention to the shipping times for the item selected.. Some colors may have same day shipping while others may have a 2-4 day wait prior to shipping.

I love Ebonyline and have been a customer for years. They keep 1B which is my color plus the yaki drawstring ponytails. You can't find on amazon or the beauty supply stores. Try them and you'll love them like me!!
