Unfortunately they didn't have the unit in the color I wanted. I was notified by a representative named Mahaz that the color was out of stock and he offered me a different color, but instead I wanted to be issued a refund. Mahaz was very polite and issued me a refund.

Great customer service

Great customer service. They didn’t have the color I wanted and noticed me immediately. Mahaz informed me of other options…but those options did not work for me. So they immediately said they would refund my money.

I am highly upset

I am highly upset! I placed a order on 9/30 . I have yet to receive my items. When I email asking about it, they reply with a generic message unrelated to my questions.

I never received my package

I never received my package. The image from the shipper showed a TV instead of the package. Ebonyline refused to file a claim for the shipper to investigate. Terrible service!!! Do not ever buy from this site...
