When I first saw the wig that I liked, I was skeptical about buying online. I checked other sites to see what they had to offer. I went right back to Ebony Online and brought my unit. When it arrived it I noticed how secure the package was. I took the unit, styled it put on my head. I looked like royalty. It was exactly what I had ordered, it came much sooner than expected. I buy two wigs a month on a regular One thing about your site you usually have what I want. The one thing that frustrates me is the shipping, all other sites emails me when it’s shipped out and tracking info. Your shipping is the slowest of them all, most of the time I have to email you to get the tracking info. So if I need it for something soon coming up I will go with someone I know can get it to me sooner. I will say I can count on you to have what I want, and customer service is always great my last contact I was helped by DAEJONNA D I received a response right away and was very helpful.
