I ordered the Zury Sis Wig in the 4a style...I receive so many compliments from my friends. It took me a little while to style it to my liking due to not working with many wigs before. I also want to thank Daejonna D for her help and quick response when I needed to contact customer service. I am really happy with the smoothness of the ordering to shipping process. Not to mention the best price that I have come across on my web searches.

The product that I wanted was not in stock but I was informed that they did have it in a another color to which I was more than happy to go with. I appreciate Daejonna help with this in fulfilling my order. It made for a smooth process!!

I have had some serious issues with Ebonyline in the past. However, this is asking me to rate my most RECENT experience with them. As of lately... the service has been EXCELLENT! I truly feel they are starting to appreciate their customers much better now because there was a period approximately 2 years ago when I gave up on them completely. I was DONE but perhaps they have new and better employees than in the past. Larissa at Ebonyline is the star of the show and makes this company worth ordering from. She is so pleasant and helpful and makes purchasing from them feel a lot better. Thanks Ebonyline for better service than in the past and for people like Larissa who keep things professional!

I will NEVER order from them again I been waiting on my order for a week...tracking my package and it's way in NH like how the hell did it get there when Ebonyline states they in IL and I'm in IN makes no since. I order from other sites in IL and the flat rate its here in 3 days,smh..Not to mention y'all take forever just to process an order and ship..NEVER AGAIN!!!!..Lesson definitely learned

My daughter loves her wig. 100% human hair easy to maintain, soft and manageable. After washing the wig with my favorite shampoo and conditioner I was so happy there were no tangles. I love ehonyline products as well and fast shipping.
