Although it took 4 weeks for the product to be delivered as they were out of stock, when it arrived it was as I expected. I was surprised at the lack of packaging but there was no damage to the items supplied.

It would have been 5, but we had wrong item delivered and found them slow to respond. I think now partly my fault contacted sales initially instead of customer services. Customer services were very good. Thank you.

Sandringham close coupled wc

Goods shown as ‘in stock’ on website, so ordered. Email back confirming order, followed later by ‘goods not available for 3-4 weeks’. Requested refund & keeping fingers crossed….Still shown as ‘in stock’ on website.

Damaged products - no packaging

I order two infant toilets, they arrived damaged without any packaging. I contacted the customer service and they said the will send a replacement. They didn’t inform me of the new delivery date, I went to the site in the middle of the day, 1 hour drive away. I was very disappointed to see the replacement was also damaged. The agent said the we’re sorry and they hoped they would be third time lucky!!

Missing WC fixings

After quite a large order where some items came, some were delayed and others were missing, I have now discovered one of the WC's came without fixings (lesson here is always check). I am days now chasing customer service who have said if the original is in its packaging they can replace it...but it didn't come in any packaging, not even plastic wrap. The fixings cost £30 and should have come with the WC but looks like I'll have to buy them myself. Poor customer service and all round experience...will not order from them again in the future.

I am sorry to give a bad review for this company who have a lovely looking website. But although I was told by email that all items were in stock and this is why I ordered to get them within 5 days….. Sadly I still waiting on two simple taps which means a delay in fitting two basins. It’s now 11 days since I placed my order and the plumber is waiting! Angela Farr

I was very disappointed that I was only notified that the seat for the WC I purchased was out of stock after I had placed my order. There was no indication prior to purchase, if I knew this was the case I would have specified a different toilet as at the moment I have a toilet that is unusable.
