Delivery was on time (narrowing down to a 2 hr time slot, then the driver called when he was 20 mins away) and took account of central london access / parking restrictions

They already send a review about an item what they never delivered. I have been waiting for the appliance for over two weeks, communication is very poor.

Took a little while for delivery information to come. Plastic was torm on the worktop when arrived otherwise would have got a five star as a good price.

The items were believed on time and the quality of the items was better than expected will be using them again and have recommended them the friends.

I received the item earlier than expected which was fabulous, we are yet to mount it but as soon as we do we will write another review. Thank you Bathroom Planet.

When the WC I had ordered for my bathroom refit was delayed and the work was starting this week, I ordered a WC from Bathroom Planet. I was given a delivery date and this was the date the goods arrived. The delivery person was well mannered and very helpful and the goods themselves arrived well packaged and in good condition. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from this company - only ordered the other WC as I preferred the make / design, otherwise this would be my go to.
