I have ordered the wrong item because of the terrible website.This company has uploaded the wrong picture of the item I was looking for. I have been at home all day waiting for the courier to come and collect the wrong item.I lost a day of work and no courier showed up.Not impressed at all.I called Bathroom Planet and I have been told I could not receive a tracking number or the courier telephone number (I do not understand why).I have been told ''I will give you a call and keep you updated''.Nothing happened!At 5pm they closed the shop and I was still waiting for the courier....I don't think I will buy the proper item from them.....

Ordered a shower screen about 3weeks ago online. it showed in stock online - however 2 days later i get nothing so I emailed to ask why i havent a recieved a order confirmation. i was told i will get one in the new few hours. i recieve an email to be told the item is not available and that its on back order. i was happy to wait. Another 2 weeks later - i chase via email to say any update. no reply. so i chased again and when i do i got told delivery was attempted but no one was at home. How can a company operate like this? first of all no one reached out to me to advise ok we have the item in stock now and it will despatched. So then we rearranged delivery for 2 days later, in the email is states driver will call 1 hour prior to delivery. no call and no delivery. i called bathroom planet 10mins before closing and they already had their automated answering machine. the customer service i have recieved in this is absolutely shocking, i would not recommend this company to anyone. i took a day off work to accept this delivery, stayed at home 8-6 and nothing despite being told on the phone i will get my delivery today. if there was an option for zero star this is what i would rate it. i paid a delivery charge for this - am i going to get this back seeing as the company did not deliver? A very unhappy customer.

Received wrong cistern, rang to explain situation. No problem they would send me the correct iyem DPD texted me to say repack the box and put return address on package and if would be collected the next day. This message re repacking only received at 5.0pm. Left outside front door all day and nobody collected. Message to say replacement item would be delivered today and was delivered but the first item is still awaiting collection.

The item I ordered was going to take a few weeks to be delivered, they informed me straight away and asked if that was ok or if I wanted to pick an alternative item, which I did and the new item arrived the next day and they immediately sorted out the refund of the difference in price.

Lots of choice great price and very quick delivery would definately use again

We ordered the Prestige Shower Screens the first week of April, we received them on 27th April. They have apologised for the delay! We then asked to return the item on 17th June as there were delays from the builders and then they realised that they were too big by 5 cm. We loved them, but just did not fit. We also bought the shower tray, the toilet and the toilet sit in the same order. Bathroom Planet told us that 14 days have past and we could not return the shower screen. They could offer a discount on another product but no refund on the shower screen (£ 375). Funny enough that they did not offer us any discount, due to the delay on their part. We will never buy from them again !
