Recently ordered and received a Roca wash basin and vanity unit. Helpful staff when enquiring re stock level. Very competitive pricing and arrived within a week. Very pleased with the quality and service from bathroom planet.

David was so helpful placing a large order and sorted out delivery for the date I needed. He also checked every item was in stock first. Can’t ask for more than that.

The delivery advised 2-3 days on the website it’s not day 7 I still haven’t received any updates after calling now twice and emailing once to find out where my item is !! Very bad service and I won’t be ordering again I would request money back for the inconvenience as our bathroom fitter is waiting to fit our bathroom !!!
