I have only been with Bench for a couple months now, but I love how streamlined the interface is! It makes it very easy to see your finances. The bookkeepers are on top of it and reply quickly too.

After months, even years of good experience I discovered that Bench is not more than some automated bookkeeping software. You seem to have an account manager but they don't care to even pick up the phone and INITIATE a conversation with the accounts they manage. It seems that it's not part of their job description. Don't hear from the client, books are missing important data? oh well... not their fault They don't care.... This makes them nothing more than some automated bookkeeping service that could be done somewhere else for less $$. Pick up the phone people and call your clients
