After doing some research we found this company to be the best option to suit our needs, from start to finish all the staff involved in the process were professional, extremely polite and very helpful,I would highly recommend this company.

The whole experience from day 1 has been amazing. No hard sell by Adam, just delivering the facts and figures so we could see the sense and the savings we'll make. The scaffolding guy's were brilliant, despite an obstructive neighbour who wouldn't allow scaffolding on their side of the fence, that didn't worry them they worked out a way around the issue and got the job done. The fitters were top notch, showed up on time, explained what they needed to do and just got on with it, no fuss at all. Cleaned up after themselves too which is a wonder these days. The Team turned up on time all everything neatly installed cleared up when finished looks good everything explained well. Best thing is when you ring with any questions a person answers the phone!!

Everything about the fix of the solar panels went without a hitch,there was one small thing is that you have to have 2 smoke detectors installed one in the loft and another somewhere in the hallway.So that’s something to think about,apart from that it was a pleasant experience.

I have just had solar panels fitted by project Solar and am very pleased with quality. Big shout out for David Slater for initially coming to see me and answering all my calls any time of the day and also to the fitters and electricians for a seamless install. Early days but pleased so far 👍

The Sales person, Elias, sat us down and gave us all the info we could need. Explained the whole process and really answered all our questions before we asked them. The scaffolding came on Monday, the Panels were installed on Tuesday and on Wednesday we are generating electricity. Very pleased with the level of service all round.

Great experience with Project Solar from the initial consultation to the final installation. The survey with Alex was very informative, he answered all our questions and provided us with an immediate quote. After having a few more questions answered by Jimmy we went ahead booking in the installation which happened very quickly. The scaffolding arrived two days before the installation which we were advised in advance. The installation team arrived early and straight away cracked on with the installation work. They were very professional and efficient taking only half a day to have the system up and running, taking all their packaging with them. The electrician also helped to set up and talked us through the app and explained how it can help us manage our future electricity consumption. The scaffolding was removed six days after the installation. Throughout the whole process Project Solar kept in touch to ensure we were happy as well as informing us what to do next especially regarding switching our tariff with Octopus and advising what documents we would need to make this switch. There was no pressure in their sales but regular contact to keep us updated during the whole process. Everybody we had contact with were extremely polite and helpful.

Easy process from 1st visit to final installation. Not the cheapest quote I had, bt the quality and performance of the panels were worth the extra money. Recommended
