My wife and I wanted to install solar to our property, we went for solar with battery storage and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recommend the company. From the initial site visit to the installation and then all the support from the back office people nothing was too much trouble and were very prompt and informative with everything. Everything was done in the timeframe stated and great customer service for after care.

Salesperson was very informative and helpful. Installation proceeded on the date originally scheduled and the team were all knowledgeable, courteous and answered all questions clearly. The installation was very tidy for all PV panels, mains box, inverters, battery and cabling with hardly any mess.

Really happy with the service provided and installation. Installation Team acted with professionalism through whole process. The system is working really well and l am looking forward to seeing the benefits.

Mark was excellent,he explained everything, his product knowledge was impressive, he answered all my questions. He immediately put us at ease and gave us the confidence to proceed. Within a week the scaffolders came and completed the work in a matter of hours. The following day a team of three engineers arrived who were extremely polite, very efficient and precise in everything they did. They also answered any questions I asked, it was a pleasure to watch them work so well together;proper teamwork. Mark arrived just and as the work had been completed and explained everything once more . I'm so grateful to everybody and I would recommend project solar uk Ltd to anyone. Thankyou for everything you've done. We must not forget the iceing on the cake, well not actually of course but Mark's pies. They are absolutely delicious, thanks again Mark! Jobin Jose explained the entire project very clearly and did a survey of the roof before we commited to having solar panels installed. The scaffolding went up yesterday in under 2 hours and the solar panels were installed today in about 4 1/2 hours. The crew working with this were so friendly and cheerful. We give Jobin Jose, this company and the crew 10 out of 10 for great service!

My installation was not a standard request however Lee Smith was excellent at navigating me through the options and accommodating my requests. He was very knowledgable about solar panels, calculating my usage and explaining it in a very understandable way. He also explained Project Solars other products that might specifically benefit me particularly radiant heating panels which we explored as well in a very unpushy and informative manor. He was always on hand and kept in touch all the way through to make sure things were happening and that I was happy with the process. Excellent service. Installation went perfectly and documents and certificates were sent through promptly on completion. Great service and hats off to Lee Smith thanks for all your help!
