From initial contact to going live a faultess installation. Most impressive. All Project Solar staff were efficient and professional. We are delighted with the performance of the PV panels and batteries, it was suggested that we might be surprised and in fact we were amazed. My concerns relating to integration with our existing air source heat pump and underfloor heating have proved unfounded. Autumn is proving to be comfortable in 0ur large, Edwardian semi. We are seeing a substantial reduction in energy costs.

I have just had a preliminary meeting with Euan Marc Roper a representative from this company to go through all the options available to me and the installation process and explanation about the process of installing Solar Panels on my roof. I would like to say how pleasant and polite the representative was and how thoroughly he explained the process to me. Not pushy and he explained how everything is verified by the National Grid etc. Thank you for employing such a polite and respectful person who was able to answer questions and in no way was he using “heavy salesman” tactics. Excellent service.

Our project was more complicated than most as it was in two phases around a bigger building project. The salesman, Jamal, was excellent and alerted us to the very poor insulation in our loft. That has now been rectified and is of great benefit already. We have been dealing with Chris Black who has gone the extra mile for us many times. If he says he will sort out an issue, he does. If he says he will phone, he does. So I would rate his customer service as outstanding. There have been minor issues with the fitting; the app not being available as the first lot of panels were fitted, untidy wiring in the gatage and two panels where the design didn't match, but both were changed within two days. We are very pleased with the system and would recommend the company to anyone.

From the first call dealing with the company they were very friendly they were not pushy in anyway to sell me a product. They took time to ask what i wanted, where i wanted it. The sales rep came round and it was like i had know him for years we got on very well. Before the start of the installation there was good communication with the fitters as to when they would be coming and what they would be doing. On the day when they arrived nothing was to much trouble for them. Once all fitted they shown me how to use the app. i seriously recommend this company both from the first contact made to the after sales service.

The solar panel engineers were on time and very really quick with the install.

Our solar panel installation couldn't have gone smoother. From the initial consultation to the panels going up on our roof and using the app, every stage was explained clearly and in a straightforward manor. Customer care has been first rate, and the fitters and scaffold guys were all really friendly with minimum fuss and also tidied up after themselves! The electrician also helped set up and talk me through the app and how it can help us manage our future electricity consumption - saving money and the planet at the same time!

Have been interested in Solar for some time and was ready to commit recently. Saw the PSUK add on FB and it looked slick and professional. Made contact and from then to now is just over 2 weeks, First visit, to having solar for 4 days. Everyone turned up on time, did the work with minimal disruption. The installation team arrived 08.00, lovely young men, worked very cleanly and tidily, took all packaging away with them and explained everything clearly, making sure I was happy with how the app works. Lots of support afterwards from the team.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, from Paul Plummer talking us through everything and singing us up to solar to Alex and Joel fitting the panels and connecting them up, all the staff have been very communicative throughout and can’t express how happy we are and how wonderful the whole team have been, it’s been such a chilled out and smooth experience, I would highly recommend project solar uk
