From the initial contact with Project Solar to the installation we have been really pleased with the service. Communication, organisation and explanation of the system has been great. We are so glad that we have solar panels now and love the app that goes with it.

Friendly sales person

Friendly sales person, workmen and customer service. everything was completed quick and efficiently, with no mess. I'd recormend them to everyone.

Fraudulent

Created a huge pest problem for a vulnerable customer. Misrepresented the product and covered up the downsides and risks then expects you to pay them to fix problems they are responsible for. Complaints process is useless and having to escalate now.

Project Solar Very Good

Project Solar were great & came & fitted our Solar Panels in the morning. By lunchtime everything was working. They were very efficient.

Great Service

From the sales process to the installation the staff was Informative, helpful and considerate. After the installation was completed they performed multiple checkins to assure the installtion went well and the equipment was working properly.

From meeting Steve to having the panels fitted, we've had no issues with the service and if i have needed to contact either Steve or the office i have always managed to get through and any queries resolved promptly.

Assessment > quick sale!

Elias was the rep sent to us for an ‘Assessment’ visit which we agreed to. He was very good at explaining the details of the scheme. My partner was particularly impressed and signed immediately. However, for me, the company seems to have a policy of forcing people to sign up on the ‘Assessment’ visit. To me an assessment visit is not the same as a sale. An assessment should be advice leading up to a sale, not the sale itself! But at the end of the rep’s explanations we were expected to sign the deal there and then. I was not prepared for this and was not happy being pressurised to sign up on the night. If you agree to one of Project Solar’s Assessment visits be aware of this! We were told that we would lose a good price if we did not sign on the night. Luckily for PSUK my partner signed. But this is not acceptable to me. Make sure you know this is going to happen if you’re at all interested in PSUK! The installation has now taken place and all went very professionally and very smoothly. Once the panels are installed and the system is connected up, all is automatic and works immediately, and we’re already selling electricity back to the grid!

Fantastic Experience From A Highly Professional Company.

From start to finish they were fantastic. Mark was brilliant, knowledgeable, clear, polite and didn't put us under any pressure at all. The installers were efficient, tidy and professional. The office called to make sure we were happy. Everything A* we would highly recommend. Oh, and Marks pies are excellent. 👨‍🍳
