Project solar arranged installation from finance all the way to final commission. The solar panels were installed within a week and the guys that were hired to install were amazing.

Great customer service experience. I had an issue with my SolaxCloud app which stopped working. It took a while to work out the issue but Installation Manager, Jamie worked the problem through with full commitment until it was resolved. Also I never waited more than 5 rings when calling the customer service number.

We had a comprehensive visit that answered all our questions about the benefits of solar energy and reassured us about our concerns. I was looking into getting solar panels installed and came across Project Solar Uk on google search. Got in touch with them and I wanted an appointment for the weekend. They offered an appointment available on Sunday, which was great for me and it was completely free of charge. Bailey, who was our surveyor came in and looked into the house did all the technical things he needed to do and then he gave us the costing, pros and cons, every scenario was explained to us in detail. We were satisfied with everything and wanted to go ahead, from there it was just a simple process. Once all the paperwork were completed, they gave us the earliest slot to get the solar panels installed which was within 10 days. Scaffolding people came a day earlier before the installation and they installed the scaffolding. Next day the installers came in the morning, there were several deliveries of the panels and batteries and other equipments. Two engineers came, one of them was installing the solar panels on the roof and the other one was working in the loft to install the inverter, batteries and did electrical work. Work was very neat, they cleaned up everything & no mess was left behind. On the day of the installation project manager called me to check how things were going. The installation took around six hours to fully complete. Once everything was done, one of the engineers guided me on downloading the Phone app and went through everything to show me how it would work. He also showed me how the solar panels were installed and the batteries & inverter in the loft. The second day another Project manager called just to check on again how things were and if we were satisfied with the installers. I am glad to say that this was one of the easiest big work that was done in my house without any complications. The solar panels have got lifetime warranty. The batteries have 10 years warranty. The cool thing is if you even go for a small battery at the beginning you are able to add battery slices in when you want. The phone app itself is so good and easy to understand. I was recommended to use Octopus flux which works with solar panel and they do have the best prices possible in the market. I would definitely recommend to use Project solar Uk if you’re looking to get solar panels.

Solar Project U.K ....Unbelievable Tandem finance Agreement! Please folks DO NOT SIGN ! Roll on 10 years ,never be paid early CREDIT FEE added to Loan ,Endless Interest / Fees for late payment into our 80's years, in my case . Your early full payment to end the loan must be in a written advice letter by arrangement with Tandem by phoning the request and the number that takes ones back to sales desk .... If one provides their own payment for their Solar ....it is also written ....we have the right to change the Equipment on installation day ( After the Scoffold has been errected) ....What is said on the phone ,all the promises is not Legally standing ...ONLY the Written Contract Agreements to the word ,try scrolling down to the last parts of your Pre-Contract Agreement the one you cant forward by email to get an opinion from your financial adviser and the tiny small print at the bottom of the web site ..although Project Solar UK have a brand new shinny one .... UPDATE 26 JUNE 2024 Because of this Honest Review.... now Solar Project U.K Phone me everyday on Landline & Mobile with prerecorded messages... A robot/A.I from multiple landlines numbers saying can we confirm ? ....(Due to cancelling Tandem Contract the next day) ....you own your own home? Trying to continue a verbal interaction ...on going ....to severely interfere with one's rights and intimidate ....Well....I rest my case !BEWARE FOLKS🤗 !
