Project Solar have been fantastic. From the initial consultation through to the installation and beyond. The communication was really good and the service was excellent.

Having made enquiries to several solar companies, I went with Project Solar as they were well established, did not overestimate the savings and had better track record over the newly established companies. Oliver who dealt with the technical design was very knowledgeable and our installers Steve and Brad were just amazing. I am always sceptical when it comes to installation and building works. However, the job was completed as planned and in record time. The guys were turned up at 830 and we're done by 1230. Very professional and efficient. I would like to say thank you for your excellent service in providing me the right Solar system for me i am more than happy with it and can now have free electricity. Project Solar Solution: 5.92kWh (13 panels) + 8.6kWh Battery Storage Project Solar have done an outstanding job completing our solar + Battery installation in two weeks from first contacting them. I did as recommended and researched to find reputable installation companies that had been in business for a few years, that offered Tier 1 products, industry leading warranties and had excellent reviews. From the first phone call I was offered an onsite appointment within a few days. I wanted someone to visit and that I could question thoroughly! Johnathan was the person allocated as our account contact and site surveyor. He was pleasant, very professional and on-time! No hard sales person in disguise. He took time to explain Project Solar's proposition, wanted to understand our energy usage and requirements from Solar going forward and following the survey had the tools to provide a proposal that explained how the Solar + Battery solution could benefit us. Conservative numbers used (including weather for our location etc.) in calculating how the solution would give R.O.I benefits and payback time. Project Solar's operation is large, with from my experience, well trained people, systems and processes to ensure that customers receive excellent service and communications from the specific internal teams e.g. project management. They are extremely well accredited with most if not all the industry organisations you could ask for. Because of their size, Project Solar appear to have an excellent relationships with supply chain and access to products where others may have lead-time issues. All of the above combined with the product guarantee's and warranties made our decision very easy. In fact Johnathan was able to submit his survey and proposal for verification almost in real-time and was able to secure a fast track installation a week later. The solution cost was slightly above that of competitors as but the total cost of ownership was in my opinion the best. Price is one part of the equation! Scaffolders came the day before the installation (Monday), Installation team arrived yesterday (Tuesday) and completed everything with the day. Each member of the Project Solar's teams were pleasant, knowledgable and skilled. They seem happy employees and wanted to provide an installation they would be proud of. There was no mess left, and before leaving asked if I had any questions and I was shown how to download and use the Fox 2.0 app which was bespoke to the manufacturer of the Invertor and Battery. The team at Project Solar have been very proactive and responsive in their communications which certainly gives a great impression. The weather has of course taken a turn for the worst but I can say we are generating power even in awful low light conditions which is comforting to know. Next step is to switch to Octopus Flux Tariff to enjoy receiving payment for export of excess energy etc. Hoping the necessary documentation needed is provided quickly so we can obtain maximum benefit from the system. Project Solar remotely monitor the system ongoing now to ensure all is working well. In fact they will remotely re-configure our solution once Octopus Flux switch has taken place so we can export energy etc. Totally recommend Project Solar

Entered my details for Enquiring about solar panels. Within minutes got a call back and arranged for Mike to come round the next day. Mike explained everything clearly and made us feel at ease. As soon as we agreed to go ahead we got a slot foe the following week. All the installers turned up bang on time and were extremely professional and friendly, and I cannot fault the after care either. I've been contacted a couple of times asking if everything is OK and we're happy with the work carried out. Would 100% recommend.
