Project Solar were professional and polite throughout both the sales pitch and installation. We were kept fully updated on dates and times on the erection of the scaffolding and installation times and dates of the solar panels. All the engineers were polite, making sure all areas of carpet were well covered, where they were walking. The house and outside was left tidy. The engineers ran through the set up for the app and showed us how it worked. A job very well done, thank you.

The solar experience was very professional, the salesperson explained the process and when the Engineers came they fitted the system, they were on time, very respectful of our house. They removed all the waste and explained how everything works.

My wife invited Project Solar to give us a quotation. they visited just a few dyas later to inspect our house and prepare a quotation whcih the representative then went though quickly. I pointed out several inconsistencies during his 'pitch', and told him that I looked forward to reading through the document slowly and taking time to understand everything contained therein. I also requested details of the inverter and battery so that I could ensure that the power generated would be used in the most beneficial way for my house, feeding specific systems such as the immersion heater before allowing our solar-generated electricity into the grid. When the quotation eventually arrived (that took a few 'prods' from my wife ....), I found a number of errors and inconsistencies, with things as fundamental as the quotation being based on the wrong orientation for our roof (the direction relative to the path of the sun was wrong by 30 degrees). I sent a detailled list of my questions to the agent, along with a reminder that he had promised to send details of the battery and inverter, but nothing came back. I re-sent the message about 10 days later, and still received nothing. Clearly they don't want to answer questions from 'intelligent' customers who take the time to study what is presented to them. Probably the most crucial piece of information missing from their quotation was a prediction of the amount of electricity which would be generated on a month-by-month basis through the year. I have seen this on other peoples' quotations, and this really tells you how much you will save by installing solar. The sales pitch seemed to rely more on their predictions being guaranteed by the HIES insurance scheme in the case that the array does not generate what they predict. The price quoted was higher than we had expected, and apparently is not flexible. Given this and the fact that they ignore customer questions, I doubt we will proceed.

The guys that fitted my solar were brilliant, turned up on time and never stopped all day. the weather was awful but they carried on regardless thanks.

Great service all round. Installed within days of accepting the quote.
