The service was very efficient. I ordered storage pots from homeward which arrived well packaged and in one piece. However there was a flaw on the side of the large pot and on the lid. I should have read the returns policy prior to ordering as there is a cost of £9.95 to return the item, I may have read this wrong but it seemed like it was a standard price for a return. As the items were not expensive it was a deterrent to return it. I have turned the flaw to the wall but I know it's there. Apart from that I do like the storage pots.
