Neptune always deliver, on quality and service. Once the order had been processed, we were given a date for delivery 🚚 and everything went to plan. As ever the piece that we purchased was made of the highest quality materials and finish.

Poor communication and misleading delivery times

Placed an order for an item of furniture that was ‘available now’ with website stating that with their white glove service it would be delivered within 5-10 days. Ordered at beginning of 3 week annual leave to ensure I would be home to receive delivery. After no communication 2 weeks later I chased the order up. They were unable to fulfill the delivery in the time stated and so I had to cancel the order. It’s a shame as the quality of the furniture looks excellent but communication is poor and delivery times misleading. It’s not the high end company I assumed it was and couldn’t confidently recommend Neptune.

Delivery experience not great but product superb

Once the order was placed and acknowledged, did not hear anything for weeks. Had to chase up. Once chased up, order located and delivered super quick. That having been said, product is excellent quality - very happy customer. We have bought Neptune before and the quality has always been of the highest standard.

Bought a duvet cover but no pillowcases to match either online or in local stores By ringing around it transpired Canterbury had some I phoned asking if they could post them if I paid postage -absolutely no chance they could do this I said it doesn’t have to be straight away , just if someone’s passing a post box No one could do this -maybe it’s not something they normally do but I know if I worked on the store I’d be more than happy to help someone out Duvet cover is lovely but doesn’t look right with no pillowcases to match Normally use Hailsham branch who are great

Good chairs Appalling delivery

Carver chairs excellent High quality and value for money Delivery appalling Chairs left outside in no n waterproof cardboard boxes on a Saturday when we were 200miles away . We had agreed that delivery should be between Monday and Friday of following week on a day to be confirmed. Were told delivery was happening by email on the Saturday which we received after chairs delivered. Fortunately able to contact son who was able to go to house and take them in Neptune are fortunate they were not stolen/ rained on as we would have wanted replacements I have already complained about this
