I am looking for a new provider as BT have decided to do away with their VoIP service. Called Voipfone today and what a wonderful, refreshing experience speaking to John. I went through everything from moving our numbers over, costs and how the service works and how it would benefit me and my business. As first calls to a new company go, this was excellent, if only other companies could get this right. A new customer.
