I purchased 4 of the fire blankets. I intend to use them for Christmas gifts for my family. What a great idea these fire blankets are.

I could not get a tracking number or the freight carrier when I emailed to get info on my order. I was told that my address could not be found so the package could not be delivered. After I placed my order, I was shown many pages of other items that I could buy at a discount. It was a chore to get done and leave the site. I was then sent many emails of items to buy. Quite a pain in the butt! I was not thrilled with the lack of professionalism given after my order. You have the worst site and the most hi pressure process I have ever seen. Hopefully, you sell a good product. I hope I never have to find out.

I would have given you a 5 star but I just received my order today and I received 7 out 8 emergency blankets. If you could please send me 1 one I would appreciate it, thanks Nelly

Got a decent price, shipping was timely and Thank God I haven't had to use it!

Fortunately, have not needed to use the fire blanket but have seen it used. We think it is a very necessary item, that everyone should have at least in their home or kitchen, or anywhere a potential fire could happen. We ordered extra for gifts, and hope that that will inspire those who are getting them to do the same. We received out blankets within a couple days. Thank you for this potentially life saving item.

I waited over a month and never received my items. I called and was told some of the items were on backorder. I waited longer and still nothing, so I cancelled the complete order. The cancellation was immediately recognized and I am waiting for it to hit my charge card account.

I had a grease fire break out. The blanket put it out immediately, preventing a catastrophe.

Received my order on Sunday 21 hours after ordering a set of 8. Impressive delivery time! Have put one on every level of our home. The rest are gifts that hopefully never need to be used, but at least we are prepared!
