Untrustworthy, Unreliable, and far from Luxury
Before the contract was signed, we couldn’t fault the service that Seven Capital provided. The Sales people were attentive and amenable, albeit, in hindsight, they ensured every query verbal and rarely provided email confirmation or written record of conversations. The property was delivered over six months late with several missed completion dates, all of which were communicated purely due to myself chasing Seven Capital for answers. Even with four weeks overlap on my current property, Seven Capital was not able to hold themselves to a timeline which caused me and my partner move into temporary accommodation for a few weeks. After a long wait, we were very excited to see the property. Unfortunately, Seven Capital's poor standards reared their head again. We were met by a handover agent who knew barely anything about the building and didn't represent a luxury brand in any way. This was promptly followed by being shown that property which has two steel girders across the middle of the living room along with a 3-inch step which were not indicated on the drawings correctly. When going through the sales process these markings were queried and I was told they were nothing to worry about and would not impact the property in any way. Unfortunately, the problems don't end there. Having been in for over three months and we are still experiencing significant issues: Hot water tank leak (which is a common problem due to poor fitting according to the service engineer), Lift outages (with multiple occasions where only 1 of 3 lifts were working) No water bill due to the handover state of the building No electric bill has Seven Capital have still not relinquished the meter to us No bin collections The communication post-sale has been so poor and the level of ownership for problems has been non-existant. As a company that aims itself at investors, Seven Capital tie your money up for long periods of time with zero return on investment while sailing past deadlines without any communication or feedback. I would recommend staying well clear.

Really excellent customer service from Ria Parveen, in getting the final obstacles removed to achieve completion on my client's apartment! Ria demonstrated attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a genuine desire to help her customer - if my company was hiring right now, I'd be head-hunting this one ;-) NB. This review is purely based on the service received around the completion of my client's property purchase - I can't comment on the quality of the property itself until handover. But well done Ria!

Completions dates changed multiple times and won't see my property until I come back to the UK in late Dec, but I can't fault the customer service they provided during the purchase process. I completed on my property 6 plus…
I completed on my property 6 plus months ago. Delivery was late, and completions dates changed multiple times but Im happy with the final product. The flat was let out almost instantly with little to no issues to date. Very happy with the purchase and the service provided by Saira - hoping to buy agian soon.
