The all round service is excellent and we have purchased time and time again. Washing machine, tumble drier, cooker, dishwasher, TV, fridge freezer. The only part that is painful is paying but we wouldn't go anywhere else. Recommend on every front.

We have never shopped at Dacombes of Wimborne before but I have to say I was so impressed by every aspect of our experience there. We went into the showroom on the Wednesday looking for a tumble dryer. Ours had packed up and we wanted to replace it ASAP. Lee served us and he couldn't have been more helpful. He knew everything about the products and he guided us to our choice. It could even be delivered on the next Saturday. Wow. It was delivered as arranged by Lee and Ed.
