Our new washing machine arrived on the date and time specified on the delivery note. The removal of the old and replacement of the new machine was carried out with care and efficiency by the team. Particularly welcomed the respect shown to the property whilst fitting the machine into its housing. Overall a good experience.

The two men, who arrived on time to fit my new TV to the wall - not an easy task - were very well mannered and helpful. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Just had a new integrated washing machine from them and the installation guys who came were very helpful and did a very good job of fitting it. Can't recommend them enough.

Ed and Alesh arrived on time and fully equipped to take out our old integrated washing machine and replace with a washer dryer. They were both very professional and friendly. The job was made difficult as access to the water pipe was in a difficult position behind the cooker unit. They could have left the job, but they persevered and even took the oven out for us. I would thoroughly recommend Dacombes as their customer service from sale to delivery and fitting was exceptional, something many companies are lacking.

We were welcomed at the door with a smile and hello and were quickly assisted to order the freezer we needed. We had previously looked online and found the suitable item on Dacombes website. Delivery was arranged and on the day we were telephoned to be sure it was convenient etc. Ed, the delivery man, was polite and positioned freezer exactly as we needed. He also removed our old item as arranged. All told an excellent service.

Served by Chris in the showroom very helpful and listened to my preferences for new tv and gave me all the time I needed to decide on the model/size Ed arrived and installed and set up TV today Really nice young man very calm and patient as we had wi fi very slow this morning nothing too much trouble explained all the features on the tv and use of both remotes.
