This was the 1st time I'd shopped at Dacombes in Wimborne & it was a stress free experience. Bought the oven on Monday & it was installed on the Friday. The 2 man installation team kept me up to date with their expected arrival time. Removal of old oven and installation of new oven was smooth & they answered all my questions. Took the old oven away for disposal for a reasonable charge.

I ordered an oven, it didn't fit and Dacombes investigated an alternative that would fit that was within my price range and came and fitted it the following Saturday. Very helpful and friendly staff and I will be using them again.

After making my first purchese at Dacombes, a dishwasher, it malfunctioned on first use a couple of days later. They had an engineer here the same day! Unheard of with any other outlet!! Sadly the fault could not be identifyed so a replacement was arranged for Monday, this being Friday afternoon. The staff at the store & the engineers who attended were all helpful & friendly. The job was not rushed & everything was left adjusted & tidy all of which I have not come across with other stores. I wish I'd found them sooner & will always go there first in the future.
