The delivery men called to update us 30 minutes before delivering, which was very helpful. On arrival they continued to be very polite & professional whilst fitting the washing machine. Very happy & impressed with the service.

The sales person in the shop Dacombes Wimborne explained the advantages of the washing machine and was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and polite. We bought a Blomberg. The machine was delivered in the time allocated and installed by two very pleasant men who clearly knew what they were doing. Again they were very polite and knowledgeable

Delivery was excellent, also removing old machine. One point of concern with the Bosch washer dryer is the amount of time taken to do each cycle. Disappointing long time in this machine which is supposed to be energy efficient. The booklet is not easy to read.
