Good experience all round from order to delivery. Delivery team arrived on time and were very helpful in getting all the appliances to exactly where they were needed.

Remove old built-in oven and install new. Excellent service, they even telephoned ahead to let us know they were on their way. Removal of old oven and installation of new was carried out efficiently without any fuss, could not be faulted.

Dacombes is our go to for any appliances. Since moving house the sales team and installers have been amazing in helping us find the right media and home appliances. Paul did loads of homework, saving us lots of time (and money in the end!) to find us the right washer/dryer and the prices are competitive with online. The two lads who came to install were polite, efficient, tidy and turned up when they said they would. Customer service and reliability like Dacombes provide is sadly a rare thing in retail these days and this independent business which is celebrating 100 years deserves to be around for another 100!

Paul at Dacombes really knows his stuff - on all the product range. This helped us greatly in choosing the right NEFF model for our use case. They also have all the demo machines wired up and functioning, which makes them head and shoulders above the competition.

The service you receive at Dacombes is the very best plus more - I cannot rate them high enough - they deserve 10 stars ! When our TV broke down (still on warranty) they sorted out with the manufacturer (who I was having no joy with), brought out a TV on loan - free of charge - sent off the TV to be fixed - returned it when fixed - set it up again and all with excellent communication and a smile. Absolutely brilliant service and will always use them. Makes a lovely change to have great service and I now expect it from any other firm but you do not get it !!
