Had my new fridge freezer delivered today. This is the second time I've used Dacombes of Wimborne. The service from ordering to delivery the next day was brilliant! No hassle, received a phone call to let me know they were on their way. The drivers, Ed and Dan were superb and on top of all that the price was more competitive than the superstores!! OUTSTANDING service. Bought the TV 3 years previously. One evening, started getting picture problems (exaggerated colour) Failed in effort to correct it, resulting in loss of all apps/streamers/everything. On the off chance rang DACOMBES to ask (beg🤣) for help. 2 hours later, Ed (Dacombes engineer) arrived. When establishing and correcting all the faults, he was ‘the business’ He fixed EVERYTHING. With concomitant explanation. Highly highly recommend Dacombes for all things electrical - but primarily for their willing service.

Service very good. Staff in shop friendly and not pushy. Happy to explain about products and I didn't feel rushed. Delivery was great. Ed and Dan called to let me know they were on their way, and even asked if it a convenient time to deliver. Very efficient. Unpacked and took away majority of the packaging. Some plastic left on freezer doors, but not a problem to remove and dispose of. Could have gone to one of the big retailers, as the fridge freezer was same price elsewhere, but wanted to support local business and feel I got much better customer service.

I am very pleased with my new Bosch Washer/Dryer purchased from Dacombes of Wimborne. The machine was delivered and installed by very helpful Staff from Dacombes. I received a telephone call from Dacombes to inform me they were on there way. They arrived promptly. I am very grateful for the excellent Customer Service I received from the Dacombes Staff who kindly showed me how to operate the Washer/Dryer. Dacombes of Wimborne provide Top Quality Customer Service and in my opinion this enhances the Customer Experience when visiting their Wimborne Showroom. Dacombes of Wimborne deserve 5 STARS.
