I’ve had 2 fantastic customer service experiences with Dacombes ! The 1st time they delivered my new washing machine and Lee very kindly took measurements for a new fridge/freezer at the same time as John Lewis had let me down…. Today Ed & Lee delivered my new fridge/freezer, took away the old one and adapted the space accordingly for the new larger one to fit and I could not be happier.. they were so clean and tidy as they worked as well. They are the kindest, professional & most efficient team at Dacombes who give outstanding customer service. Thanks guys

Great advice from Mark the Manager on details of the Blomberg tumble dryer that we purchased. We have replaced several items over the last five years and have been thourghly pleased with the delivery and instilation of the electrical items. Our old Bosch dishwasher gave up the ghost at 13 years of age, So I spoke to Dacombes about a replacement. As it happened, the mahine I was looking for was not in stock but was available to order. This, they did. The new machine was fitted and the old one taken away. All was done very quickly and efficiently by their installers. Good job, Dacombes.

The 2 man team from Dacombes arrived on time. Within 15 minutes the old washing Hotpoint machine was removed from our utility room, the new Bosch machine fitted and tested - all went very well. Overall, excellent service, no fuss, very professional.
