As always I am never disappointed by the service and the professionalism that Dacombes offers the customer. I called on Tuesday and had my delivery this morning, they called a head to say they were on their way and managed it all so smoothy. I cannot rate them highly enough. PLUS shopping local means they will still be there when I need them next time.

As always when my husband and I visit Dacombes of Wimborne to get information on what we are looking for, we are met by their staff who are so helpful, that we feel very comfortable asking questions on what we're thinking of buying.. This time we enquired with the help of Helen, about a small chest freezer. She answered all our concerns and questions, so we placed an order for one... The chest freezer arrived the next day, And Ed and Dan installed it for me..And removed the old freezer also.. They were the same staff who fitted a new television for me on their last visit...So all very relaxing.... This is why we choose our local shop, rather than those big stores.. Thank you,

They were helpful when I was choosing a new micro wave. The installers came when they were due to come and were very efficient.

My freezer broke down on Wednesday, my Son spoke to a very helpful man at Dacombes, who informed us that they had a newer model in stock & that we could have delivery of it the next afternoon, which is what we did. The delivery men were very helpful & took the packaging away as well. I am very impressed with this company. I’ve had terrible service in the past from Currys & swore I’d never use them again. I am so pleased I used this company & it’s a Hurrah for the little man. Excellent 👌

Excellent service from order to installation. Price right online ordering simple installation on time by efficient workmen who were polite and did fantastic job of removing old fridge freezer and installing new one. Wish all retailers were so efficient well done Dacombes of Wimborne.
