Very efficient installation, they arrived on time the two installers knew exactly what they were doing. Left every thing neat and tidy and were very pleasant to deal with.

We made the mistake of buying our previous television through a major retailer. Whilst the price was good, the installation process was awful. The person who delivered the television made it obvious from the start that it was all too much trouble. We vowed never to make the same mistake again, and next time to buy from a local, family business. From the point of sale to delivery and installation we could not have received better customer service from Dacombes of Wimborne. With both my wife and I being of pensionable age, the complexities of modern technology are beyond our understanding and abilities, so we opted for delivery and installation. The television was delivered on time by Ed, who also set the television up. He was amazing. At every point of installation he took time to explain what he was doing, and why. When the television was up and running, Ed even took the time to explain how things worked, the features of the TV, and what it was capable of doing. We were not left scratching our heads wondering if we’d ever understand how things worked. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had Ed with us. We know that if we do have a question, Dacombes will be on hand to help. Outstanding customer service, a great price, and a local business that values its customers. My wife and I are delighted that we chose Dacombes.

Local professional company with good show rooms .All staff so friendly and wanting to help especially Chris and Marc who are particularly knowledgeable providing a first class service ..great quality goods at competitive prices we have purchased numerous white goods, hoover and also had a kitchen fitted. Today we had an extractor fitted they came out to check what would be suitable came up with some choices and then once ordered it was less than a couple of weeks for fitting. The fitters were friendly ,polite and worked tidily. Highly recommended.

Ordered a dish washer, it was delivered & installed within 3 working days. This is the fourth appliance I have purchased and had installed from this company. Fitters are always very helpful and clean workers. I would highly recommend this company

Dacombes were superb from start to finish. Helen took my order over the phone and was extremely friendly and efficient and was also able to give me the choice of a morning or an afternoon slot (this is a rarity these days as often you have to wait in all day) The 2 guys turned up on time (with a phone call before to give me the exact time of arrival) They worked neatly and efficiently and gave me a brief overview of the machine and removed the old one. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as they took all the hassle and worry out of buying a new dishwasher. I will never shop anywhere else, as it was literally seamless.

Website needs work. Needed a washing machine asap. Good price for a washing machine spotted on the website, with free delivery included in price. Purchased about 1930 (after the store had closed) - easy enough. Email at 2000ish that evening to say ‘As you can see on our product page the machine is currently out of stock’. We rechecked the website but nowhere on the page did it state the machine was out of stock, just a ‘call for availability’ button in the corner. We could not do this as the store had closed. We highlighted this in our reply email but we didn’t feel this had been acknowledged. To the credit of the company, they did promise a refund quickly - Have had to shift some money around to buy a washing machine somewhere else (as refund not in yet) and it’s all been a bit inconvenient and avoidable with a change to the website. Just remove the item if it is not there, or make it clearer to the consumer somehow.

Arrived earlier than scheduled but checked that we were happy for them to come early. Both delivery men were friendly and helpful. They removed the old fridge freezer and replaced it with the new one. Cleared all of the packaging away and left our house as they found it!

Called in a panic when our freezer failed. Was given excellent advice without any sales pitch. Delivery was prompt,efficient and courteous. 100% all round

Thankyou Dacombes, we returned from holiday and washing machine didn’t work. Within 2 days we had a new machine fitted and old machine taken away by two very polite delivery men/ fitters. We have bought from Dacombes before so knew we would have a good service.
