Worst purchasing experience ever.

Ordered 6 months 90ml supply and got 2*100ml bottles with six months expiry period. Used as per the instruction eventhough, still not finished one bottle and having one full bottle without opening box. Cannot use this medication too much for the reason that to be expired soon. Cleverly do the marketing tricks. Be aware and careful these type of scamers.

Issues can't be rectified customer service is a chat bot

I have an order lost in transit that contains medication I cannot stop taking. I have contacted customer service three times to advise them the package is lost in transit. Tracking updates show item being shipped with several updates, but the last update was 30 days ago. I messaged with order number and notified it was lost in transit. I receive generic response apologizing for delays with discount code for future order. I message again order is lost with tracking number, that I need order shipped and bridge prescription called in as I would run out of medication. Received generic response - order will be reshipped once I verify delivery address. I respond with address. Nothing is shipped. I message again today order is lost, I'm out of medication I will seek treatment elsewhere because I needed the medication. Dr. messages and apologizes and informs me they will call in short term script to pharmacy. Hims customer service again responds with generic response - sends me tracking number informing me item is shipped and to contact shipper if there are any delays. Customer service from hims is clearly an AI chat bot. This is not acceptable for a medical provider. Nothing wrong with the actual doctors but the hims service in between is terrible. Nothing has been done by hims regarding the lost order to date.

I'm neutral.

I'm neutral for this review. No complaints about service, doctors, responses, or shipping. Nothing of that sort. NONE whatsoever. My results for hair loss have been GREAT! My response could be better characterized as informative feedback, regarding the medication itself. It seems the prescription has caused slight edema under my eyes. Obviously, I am not a medical professional, but I have done research available online regarding Finesteride/Minoxidil applications. I discontinued use for 7 days which, helped the edema considerably, and, presently, have reduced pill usage to 1/2 tablet per day. This adjustment, along with consuming more water, seems to be helping. I will continue with this prescription adjustment unless the stated conditions reappear. Again, great products at HIMS and their hair products have my full recommendation. If further adjustments are recommended, please advise.

I have been waiting for a letter of…

I have been waiting for a letter of medical necessity since November. I have been asking on a weekly basis and I get the same computer generated response. When I get this, I will be able to submit to my FSA over $1600 for reimbursements. The only saving grace for 2 stars is because my order was promptly resent when it was stolen.

Difficult to get a hold of CS

I need to pause for a month because I’m moving, click on the account page didn’t want me to login on the website. Then it wanted me to go back to the app and download the app even though I downloaded it just caught in a loop just like Amazon when you’re trying to get customer service if you click on the customer service button, you go in the loop and can’t get a hold of anybody and get stuck in their stupid forums instead of a person or a way to leave a message. lost my business forever

Throbbing and Swollen

Each time I take Hims. My erecetions are solid and long lasting. Tuesday, I wil get Oglethorpe (that’s what I call it) out and go to work.
