Poor, uncaring, unhelpful customer service. Prescription did not ship with the correct number of syringes, and no one I spoke to was willing or able to help. Annoying and frustrating. Ended up cancelling all my subscriptions in response…no one even reached out to apologize.

One of the most untrustworthy and dishonest companies I have dealt with in my 72 years on the planet. Made an initial order an all was fine, days later still had not received order but had been billed and money taken from my account, I called customer service and was told that orders can take up to 3 to 4 days to complete. I waited again still no order at my door, I called again and was told that my order would bee there in a few days as a USPS tracking number was generated, still no order at my door. Called again ,the USPS tracking number was generated five (5) days earlier and it still had not shipped as per The official USPA web site ,stating that the package is awaiting pick up by USPS. I called customer service once again and asked to speak to a supervisor as I was told the same story once again. A supervisor got on the phone and advised me that there pharmaceutical company that they use (XECARE PHARMACY) in Ohio has been very very very disorganized in fulfilling Hims orders and they are now not using that pharmacy any more and a executive letter had been handed down from the upper echelon to hims customer care personnel stating the above to be told to people calling in to customer care, (5) five weeks ago. No customer care personnel have heard or seen this letter ! That I confirmed after calling customer care personnel (9) nine times afterwards. Also after researching (EXCARE) and looking g for there contact i formation on line, when calling (Excare) pharmacy (HIMS) customer care answers that number and further research revealed that (EXCARE) is funded by a questionable company (BLACKROCK). All the above is public information via the internet if you dig deep enough. Bottom line this company works on taking your funds, floating your funds for extended amount of time in order to use it for there corporate benefit without hesitation or concern for your needs. I would never never ever use this company or refer this company to anyone except to a committee on capital hill to due a full investigation of.

I ordered a 3 month supply. I was told I would be notified via email of any new subscriptions. Checked my bank account this morning and found a payment to Hims that I did not agree to. I tried reaching out as soon as I saw this, but no one would get back to me. Considering this is pretty urgent ($140 is a lot of money for me that I would not like debited from my account) they obviously don't care about their customer's satisfaction or financial situation. It's impossible to get in touch with someone. Would not recommend Hims, they are scammers quite clearly.

I ordered ED meds and they sent me a $162 three month supply of the wrong prescription. I went to cancel and it is impossible. They put you into a loop(which is illegal now). Go to the BBB and check out all the complaints. Don’t buy from them! Even on Trust Pilot here they have a 3 out of 5!!! Save yourself from a nightmare. Avoid them!

Avoid avoid avoid I went to the Hims site to buy finasteride and monoxidil spray, clicking in from their insta advert. Hims sent the wrong product out. They will not exchange or refund despite their error. They sent me a million emails but not one of them confirmed what it was they think I ordered, so there was never the opportunity to correct their error before despatch or receipt. I have now had to initiate a charge back through my credit card company. There are plenty of other reputable sites to buy anything that Hims sell; I suggest you use one of them. EDIT. DESPITE THEIR NOTE BELOW HIMS HAVE MADE ZERO CONTACT SINCE THEIR REFUSAL TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND TWO WEEKS AGO. I REPEAT, AVOID.

No Cancellation or Refund
I ordered a 5 month supply. I was told I would be notified of any new Rx. I was automatically billed $175 for a new Rx that I did not agree to. I called immediately when I got the notification. The Rx had not even been filled yet. The would not let me cancel or send me a refund. Spoke to a very rude supervisor as well. Please do not waste your money on this service.
Researching hair care
Researching hair care. Saw something I might like. Went to check out and had maybe 5 questions and of course filling out forms. It said at check out it wasn't for me but maybe this other site could help me (same company but now womens products I suppose). I go to checkout for a similar product for much more and they are even asking for my height and weight! They never asked that on the men's site!! What a bunch of messed up people you are!
