We have tried repeatedly for several months to discontinue the subscription. They did not work for me. Please, tell me how I can return unopened- last months delivery and this months delivery for a full refund of both months. I opened the previous months package to see if there was paperwork to return or discontinue the subscription. Thank you Duane Johnston

You have billed me and not shipped my product. Why does it take so long to stop out what i have payed for. Also, why don't you respond to customer inquiries when you ask for us to use this option when there is a problem. I am very disappointed.

Similar story to others, tried the treatment, in my case reacted to it so binned it and wrote of the £80 as a lessoned learnt to 6 months later getting a bill for double, no wayt to cancel, no way to stop it, and no refund, currently fighting with bank, canned responses to any enquiry they are just awful. Oh and the kicker heres 30% off your next order!!!

Product is way over priced and does not work. They do a good job painting a pretty picture but this is nothing more than a marketing scam selling a nothing product. My mistake this part, but I had not remembered this is a subscription only service. When I got told my treatment is being prepared however many months later, I saw the email immediately to ask them to cancel. They replied to say it had already been despatched and wouldn’t offer refund but can give 30% off the next purchase. It hadn’t been despatched, I received an email 2 days later saying that it was being so then. £156 out of pocket for what might as well be a bottle of water. Poor response from the “team”. Just a website to steal money. Do not use.

Incredibly frustrating app and website.

Incredibly frustrating app and website leaving customers unable to communicate with the company despite the claim that drs are available 24/7. After going through the front-end question process, receiving approval, and later the meds, directions on the bottle were incomplete and required further instruction. Downloaded app, activated account but the area to contact the medical team on the "Care" tab is unresponsive. Currently on day four, my account indicates "no programs", "no subscriptions" and "no orders" past or present. The "Contact Information" tab is populated with my email and date of birth. The name and phone number is greyed out, not allowing to populate. The only thing that works is the ability to enter a payment method and the various programs available for purchase. In the meantime, I do not know how to proceed with my treatment.
