Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Their product does not work, They refused to let me cancel trying to offer 50% off to keep the order, they then are now not allowing me to cancel and forcing me to dispute them with my credit card! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Edit: They claimed to have messaged me on my account but as of 1/09/2025 I have not received a message from them since 11/15/2024. The message which was them trying to convince me to resubscribe overall horrible company with zero customer service skills.

I am happy for Him, my tadalafil work perfectly and I don’t have any problem for my sex life. But the pills for my lose weight not working good, I lost 10 pounds in first week and not losing any weight. Now I am in 6th week. Thanks for Him🙏

Hims is awesome! They save you time and money on prescriptions. No more making appointments and hearing a physician say “let’s try this or let’s try that for a few weeks and then we will setup another appointment”!

The medical staff and other assist…

The medical staff and other assist personnel have been great! Turns out that my situation may not be conducive to the medication(or dosage) being strong enough. Still working on it.

Good results so far. I would say plan is about 80% effective. Still some ED concerns.

I was requested by HIMS to respond…

I was requested by HIMS to respond within 3 days to providing additional information. I sent the information that they requested that same day of the request. Three (3) WEEKS later and I have yet to receive any response or reply from them. The hair products Do NOT work !!!

BEWARE:

Will still charge you for the subscription even when you're in talks with the doctor about getting it changed. I was waiting on the doctor's response and I still get charged for medication that didn't work. The company doesn't care, they want their bucks. As a courtesy, so you don't waste your time- I would say look elsewhere for more communicative and responsive companies.

No customer service No support

There is no direct way to contact anyone for assistance. I had to send a message/question about how long it takes for the prescription to get filled to the alleged nurse on the chat. Received no response. The previous responses seem like AI? I will may be canceling my prescription it is not filled by Monday and have my credit card cancel the purchase.
