An unclear product with unclear support
Used the product for a year, buying a one-year bulk purchase, or I thought. I discovered it was a rolling year subscription and it was far from clear. They just send you a notification, "you're product is dispatched" and when you go to them for asking to cancel they informed that due to the nature of their product it is impossible. Cancellation that you cannot do by yourself, you have to go and navigate through the website, can't do it from your account. Then send a mail to a generic address and wait. And of course too late. You have to pay. They do offer you to keep your subscription at 50% but of course they offer you that before they tell you they can't refund anything to you so you are trapped for another year. On top of the product having small to no impact.

I inquired about changing a prescription on 10/12/2024, and someone got back to me on 10/15/2024, asking if I wanted to go ahead and change it. On 10/16/24 I responded I wanted to, but did not hear back, and I asked again on 10/18/2024. On 10/19/2024 a physician replied that my prescription was changed to what I wanted. I was later told the prescription was processed on 10/17/2024. The prescription was sent on 10/21/2024, and I received it on 10/23/2024, but it was the original dose. I wrote back, and was told my order was processed on 10/17/2024, and the prescription was not changed until 10/19/2024. I should have inquired much earlier, as I was disappointed in how long the communications took
