They give ZERO notice before they send out product like most reputable companies due. And they DO NOT accept any returns. Unbelievably poor customer service.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. The hair loss product doesn’t work and they make it really difficult to cancel your subscription. Instead they try to offer you other discounted products to keep taking money from you. Will not refund any money even on products that have already been shipped and not signed for. Awful customer service too.

Doing well. Shipping takes a week or so. Could be a little faster. All in all a good experience! Meds work good.
