I’m tried the product and had issues so I asked to cancel my subscription so they did but would not accept a return and there’s no satisfaction guaranteed. Sad state of affairs. I guess there’s no fine print satisfaction guaranteed or get your money back. It’s buy at your own risk. Think about it as Hims and Hers have a stable of products. Scary. Use at your risk.

Terrible business practices

Do not use Hims.com. They decide to charge your card for medicin costing hundreds of dollars without a warning. Tried their GLP-1 Medicin didn't like it, was then apparently subscribed to get drugs every 90 days. They just charged the card for nearly $900 and refuse to take the medicin back.

In a complicated world it is refreshing to work with a competent and reliable company. It’s been a simple and productive experience. The meds arrive, the meds are effective, and I don’t have to worry about refills… recommend HIMS UNRESERVEDLY.

unable to take my assigned prescription due to headaches and you won't give me credit or reimburse. You prescribe large amounts of pills without knowing if patient will be able to take them.

I’ve been using Hims’ hair treatment…

I’ve been using Hims’ hair treatment products religiously for several months now, following all instructions carefully, but unfortunately, I’ve seen absolutely no results. Despite committing to the treatment, it has not worked for me at all. To make matters worse, their customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I was charged for a renewal without any prior notification, leaving me with no chance to cancel. When I requested a refund, they refused, hiding behind policies about prescription medication and completely ignoring the fact that they failed to warn me about the upcoming charge. Even after offering to return the product, they still wouldn’t provide a refund. I’ve had to escalate this to my card provider and am considering legal action due to their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly. I wouldn’t recommend Hims to anyone – their products didn’t work for me, and their customer service is appalling.
