Website and app are both inoperable Keep getting charged for products that don’t work and are unwanted, nobody answers the phone , not sure what to do from here

Thieves

I canceled my subscription as it was making my scalp breakout. A day later they shipped an order and charged my credit card. I called customer support, waiting nearly 30 minutes to get a human being who told me the order “was in process already when you canceled.” They don’t accept returns. They would not issue a full refund. I’m eft to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company is a sham.

Hair spot is still there

Hair spot is still there, the shampoo leaves my hair with more dandruff and the spray bottle’s tip broke off when i uncapped it after a month and half of using it. No changes have occurred ima just shave my shizz off. Sad got long hair thinning hair at 25. And we got companies selling lies man i prob paid $150 to get fkn poisoned lol

Contacted them for ED support on web…

Contacted them for ED support on web site. Seemed way to easy and fast to get approved. Gave credit card info. Received text order was being processed. I got nervous about trying without consulting my doctors. Contacted them before order was ready to ship and said I wished to cancel. They said it was too late. I disputed the card charge and told them that I was doing so. They shipped goods anyway. I then tried to cancel my "subscription", which I didn't realize their program was. That was a difficult process as well.

Same as many others.... Dodgy practices... avoid

Same as many others (except the incentivised reviews) some very dodgy practices, faux medical consults, the contact us link no longer works, subscriptions are sent without notice until after payment is taken. Cancel subscription is error prone. I canceled 2 days before order was sent they didn't process the cancelation but managed to process sending it and taking payment.... No ability to contact them to resolve query.
