Not quite what I expected
The issue was that 1. 1st prescription was late arriving. And the auto reorder was placed. 2. The price increased after 1 order.

Support
Hims provides a lot of information on numerous subjects. Their system is easy to use and customer service follows up periodically, which is a plus.
Good product and I appreciate it.
Good product and I appreciate it. A little more expensive than I expected. Wife is going through menopause. I thought she might like the help, and she really does, but things are still very infrequent compared to what they used to be so unfortunately I'm still just not getting much use out of things. Good job on your end for an effective product. I'm just not able to make as much use of it as I had hoped.
Thank you I have more confidence and…
Thank you I have more confidence and control.
My shipments are prompt and my contact…
My shipments are prompt and my contact with medical staff has always been very professional and helpful. My only complaint is not being able to change my shipment when it's still several days out. Other than that, you guys are awesome!
The app is terrible
The app is terrible. I can’t log my weight, I can’t tap any of the buttons. Even deleting and redownloading the app isn’t working.

Atrocious Customer Service
Absolutely atrocious customer service/support. For a health care company, the patient/customer interactions are incredibly important. After the first canned messages, no other messages from the provider. There is no other chat options available in the app or the web portal. There is a customer service number you can find on a general web search, but like others have said, they apparently do not employ anyone to actually answer the phones. There is just messages about "no one is available, goodbye" and then the call drops. I've tried to cancel the subscription multiple times, and it is still listed as active, so I have no idea if the cancellation was successful. I call the Hims pharmacy, and they also apparently have no staff available to answer the phones - I left a voicemail but my message was never returned. I also sent an email, but the reply was a canned/automated response. There are apparently no real people that work at Hims... You can also look up your provider on the NPPES NPI registry, my provider is real which is nice, but apparently only does Hims as a side gig, since their primary practice location is listed as a VA Hospital in Nevada. So, yeah, there is no one at Hims that appears to actually be committed to the service/product they are selling. I do not recommend. Update: After multiple dropped calls, and the. Waiting for close to an hour on hold, I did finally get to speak with a representative. She was helpful and nice and cancelled my order as requested - based on reports from other customers, her kindness may have been the exception instead of the rule however. So although this specific individual that helped me was great, as an organization, Hims still has serious deficiencies in their approach to customer service.
