I ordered a wallet which unfortunately wasn't delivered to the correct address (neither my new nor the resellers fault, was UPS). Global luggage were quick to respond and I had what I'd ordered the following day and got refunded delivery. Great customer service.

I put my order online and the price was lower compared to other sellers. The item was delivered on-time and in good package. Happy with the service and will definitely will check them again when I need another item.

Initial used Global Luggage as they were offering a 10% discount, this combined with free returns made my decision easy. When the first bag arrived, i decided I would like the larger version and so ordered it. They both came with a couple of days pf purchasing online. The return was very easy, I called Global Luggage who sent out a courier the fowling day for collection. The next day i had confirmation the item had arrived and a credit to credit card was made. Overall a brilliant service, cant fault them and would highly recommend them.
