Indirect telephone service.-Transfer call. Poor response to request for invoice, given that web site frozen-not active 3 days later. Still can not print either order or invoice . The latter not on screen. Goods ordered received very quickly and in good condition. No sign of manufacturers guarantee. Not checked in side case as yet!)
