First time I used Global Luggage to purchase a bag, I must say the service was excellent, not only they are competitive on price but the range is excellent. I would definitely be recommending Global Luggage to my friends and family!!!

In the past Global Luggage have been excellent, but this time they let me down as their product availability was not up,to date and they helpfully tried to telephone me to offer me a different color or refund. Unfortunately the assistant did not realize that +44 should not be used when dialling in this country so could not contact me , but she did send an email which I picked up later that day.and saw my original order would not arrive by 12 o clock for which I paid an extra £10. With my chasing them they sent the suitcase which arrived at 10 o clock on Saturday,the day I was flyin and refused to refund the £10 saying they were having to pay for delivery on a Saturday, but that was there fault

Firstly the wrong item was delivered. Next attempt correct item delivered minus the strap. Third delivery And I now have a complete bag. Courier never arrived to collect the wrong item sent originally (slot time 9-5 for collection, another day in) rearranged again the courier finally made an appearance at 5.50. Extremely helpful member of staff Rory, thank you. Alas can’t go better than 3 stars as far to many problems though rectified shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
