Speedy delivery. Great quality bag. Will use again

Tried to buy my backpack at John Lewis and other stores to no avail- wrong colour etc. Found it on this website and it was delivered in about 4 days- bearing in mind the time of year in the week before Christmas I was more than pleased with both the product and the service. It may have arrived sooner at another time of the year but I am more than satisfied with the overall experience.

It took more than three days for the luggage to be despatched and the UPS tracking system is worse than useless
