5 ⭐️ Service

Great service, good communications about delivery, free gift and follow up embossing. Will definitely use Global Luggage again ..... next item crossbody expandable (Black) to add to my Briggs range, really impressed with Briggs and Riley and the partner service between Global and Briggs, email from Global to tell me item was due to be delivered direct from Briggs and Riley, 1 min later SMS from Briggs. Free gift came as a separate item and the selections available was great, I chose the Briggs transcend wash bag and really didn’t expect Global Luggage to give me next business day delivery on this but they did 😀 All in all 5⭐️ Service for a great product, I don’t review things very often but will when the service and the product is great - Well done Global Luggage and Briggs and Riley

Fast, efficient, friendly service

My suitcase was damaged during a trip to the UK. Global had it repaired and ready for delivery in little over a week. This is really excellent service. I strongly recommend the organisation and its very helpful staff.

Disappointing....

Ordered a Briggs and Riley Torq 2.0 travel case and reviews about the company suggested all was good. Unfortunately the item wasn’t posted until I chased it up and then sent via next day delivery. Also advertised with a ‘free gift‘ but that never arrived!......even more disappointing was the fact I didn’t get a response to my email when asking if the free gift was sent. Would have given 1 star but increased to 2 stars as they did send next day delivery when I chased it. Disappointing given I spent almost £400.
