I ordered a small freezer from Teknix and I am extremely happy with the product - the team were super friendly and helped me with the delivery. Got a fridge freezer through the leap scheme - arrived Jan 16th and worked fine for a week and half, called for an engineer on 30th January once I realised it wasn't working, he came out a couple of weeks later, said it was an internal gas leak that can't be fixed so would get a new one sent out, new 1 arrived last Friday and didn't work other than the light, so been calling for a couple of days, finally got through to tell them we have had to borrow money from partners pensioner mother as a last resort due to my having life saving medication I have to keep cool, told very rudely that I have to plug it in before the engineer arrives - whenever that may be - so they can make sure it wasn't my fault it doesn't work! I have the council on my back daily as I have had to put it outside my front door in the communal hallway, also said I need it sorted by 29th as I'm moving on 4th march! Don't seem to give a flying fcuk about customers!

Purchased a Teknix dishwasher from Leyland Domestics Hough Lane Leyland . The dishwasher is DIRE it doesn't wash properly it doesn't dry at all and utter disgrace. Went to Leyland Domestics told by them to contact makers as two year guarantee with dishwasher. No customer service whatsoever. Contacted the makers . There staff aren't anything other than rude and ignorant disgusting service. Well I say service they haven't offered any . If you're in the market for a domestic appliance steer well clear of this brand . Awful disgraceful appliance and service . A used toilet bowl would supply cleaner results . £300 wasted .

I bought a Teknix washing machine and initially was impressed, so bought a second one. One for home and one for my business. They both developed exactly the same faults within a short space of time. The customer service was terrible. Told me the one at my business was not covered at all even though it was with in such a short space of time, and they had let me register it. They both leaked from the door seal. They did repair the one at home, but both washers do not spin when I try to do an extra spin leaving items really wet. This is a big problem in the winter. The customer service told me if they came out to the one at home and there was not a fault I would be billed even though it had warranty.
