Rubbish yet again!
Yet again, just awful service. Very efficient when it comes to chasing up service charges from leaseholders, but totally incompetent when it comes to anything else. We have been continuously chasing for updates to settle an insurance claim for months, with constant promises that 'someone will get back to us by the end of the day' that never materialise. They don't seem to understand that people have their own jobs and don't have time to do theirs for them as well. Freeholders should avoid this company.

Do not believe the positive reviews on this site. We have had Encore for 3 years at our development, and the service has been increasingly poor. Issues are left completely unresolved (eg, 3 years to get leaks fixed), no responses to calls or emails, cost of rectifying building defects put on the residents despite evidence of faults in design/installation (eg, hot water switching off as result of adjacent restaurant setting off fire alarm, multiple bikes stolen from storage as a result of electromagnetic locks being not fit for purpose and charge to replace to storage racks on residents), landscaping/gardening/cleaning fees with minimal results, no commication of dates of contractors on site, and on top of all problems, service charge has substantially increased year on year (91% increase in 2 years) with zero accountability or transparency. Stay well clear.
